1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pls-fix.io's Webflow development subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description
‍pls-fix.io provides professional Webflow website development and maintenance through subscription-based service packages. All services are delivered digitally and are subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. Subscription Details
- Subscriptions are monthly recurring and can be canceled at any time.
- Pricing is in either DKK, USD, GBP or EUR (based on plan).
- Services include Webflow development and revisions.
- Turnaround time per task is usually 2, 4 or 7 business days (based on plan) but may vary based on the complexity of the request.

4. Payment Terms
- Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically on the same date each month.
- Payments are processed via secure online payment platforms.
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
- All prices are excluding VAT (moms).

5. Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of the final design and website.
- pls-fix.io retains ownership of intermediate design files and development processes.
- Commercial usage rights are transferred upon full payment.

6. Liability and Warranties
- Services are provided "as-is" with no explicit guarantees of specific outcomes.
- pls-fix.io is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- We commit to professional best practices in Webflow development.

7. Termination
- Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
- Upon cancellation, active design requests will be completed.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved through Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial Court.
